NINA SAMOSI offers international delivery of all purchases; All the shipping cost are covered from the company. Different shipping methods will be arranged according to your destination country.

ORDER PREPARING

We undertake to deliver the items ordered as soon as possible (Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays and national holidays).The average time observed for the preparation of the articles is 7 working days for a delivery in metropolitan France.

Different shipping methods will be arranged on your request according to your destination country. We closely work with COLISSIMO and CHRONOPOST for international deliveries. Estimated waiting period is:

• 2 to 5 working days for the deliveries in France
• 5 to 10 working days for the international deliveries

Please note that certain countries might take longer to ship due to restrictions on that particular destination. The approximate time for the delivery will be provided when selecting the shipping method.

Taxes & Duties

For all other countries, including Europe and the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout. You will be required to pay any applicable VAT, taxes and charges required by your country of import.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return any product ordered on the website Ninasamosi.com for an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date. Returned products must be accompanied by their purchase invoice.

Product can be returned for exchange or refund free of charge (apart from the actual cost of returning the product). In case of returning product reimbursement will be made as soon as possible, and within 30 days.

following the decision of returning the product, you must communicate to us through the CONTACT US form, including the information of the order number containing the items to be returned, and the reason for your return; to get all required information for the delivery.

In the case of returning the product, it is your responsibility to prove that the goods have been returned, which you can provide as proof of sending and delivery. The costs of return of the goods will be your responsibility. NINA SAMOSI is not responsible for items returned to Ninasamosi.com that have been lost, wrongly delivered, or delivered late by a carrier of your choice.
